Grace Abounding

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.

Read 2 Corinthians 9:8, NIV

Imagine how you’ll feel when you have absolutely everything you need, every time you need it, so you can go out and do every good work you’ve ever wanted to do.  It sounds too good to be true, and yet it must be true because it says so in His Word.  And God is certainly able to do this for us.  In fact, isn’t this exactly what “Perfect Love” would want us to have?  So if we know God is able and we know that He desires to provide abundance to us, what’s holding it back?  Well, sometimes it’s just ignorance.  Maybe you were never taught that this is the true heart of God for you.  Maybe you never thought this promise applied to you.  Whatever may have held it back to this point has got to go.  Meditate on this verse.  Speak it over and over until it comes bubbling up out of your heart all by itself.  Accept that abundant life is yours in Jesus Christ and expect to receive it.  Then get ready to abound to every good work that God has designed you to do.

• I have everything I need to accomplish every good work because God in His infinite grace supplies it.

• By faith I receive this promise—that I always have all sufficiency in all things.

• I receive God’s abundance so that I might be blessed to be a blessing
